Resymetry vs Jobscan
Jobscan alternative: which one should you use?
Jobscan scores a resume against a job posting and reports a match rate. It sits inside a wider suite: an AI resume builder, an application tracker, LinkedIn optimization, cover letters, auto-apply and interview practice.
Quick answer
Pick Jobscan if you apply to many roles a week and want unlimited scans, a tracker and a builder in one account. Pick Resymetry if you have a few applications that matter, want each finding tied to a line of your CV, and would rather pay once than subscribe.
The score and the main issues are free. The full report is $2.99, once — no subscription, no account. Facts about Jobscan checked on 6 November 2026.

Resymetry
One thing: how this CV reads for this job.
Which one to use
Jobscan, if: You are applying to several roles a week, you want a tracker and builder in the same place, and unlimited scans are worth a monthly fee.
Resymetry, if: You have a few applications that matter, you want to know what to fix before you send them, and you would rather pay once than start a subscription.
Neither of us can promise you an interview
A score is a reading of how your CV matches a job, not a prediction of what an employer will do. Resymetry says what is missing and where; what happens next depends on the role, the other applicants and the people reading. Free ATS CV templates if your layout is the problem rather than the content.
Questions about Jobscan

Can I get a refund from Jobscan?
